Your application will be processed promptly if we have a vacancy (or an upcoming vacancy that we are aware of). If we have no vacancies, applications will be held on file for 30 days and applicants will be contacted as units become available. WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION IF WE DO NOT HAVE VACANCY.

We approve applications on a 'first come, first serve' basis.

If there are more than 2 applicants applying together, please use an additional application form.

We have the right to perform criminal background checks on all persons residing in the property who are at least 18 years of age - even if the Lease is in someone else's name (such as a parent, etc.). Please provide full name, DOB and Social Security numbers of ANY residents who are at least 18 years old.

Any criminal record activity that could be deemed harmful or threatening to the health and safety of an individual, the rental property, neighborhood or property of others will be grounds for denial.

Incomplete, inaccurate or falsified information will be grounds for denial.

All applications will be kept on file for 30 days and may be used for any of our vacancies.

Applicant(s) authorizes us to contact past and present Landlords, employers, creditors, credit bureaus and any other sources deemed necessary to investigate applicant(s). We reserve the right to disqualify applicant(s) if information is not as represented.

If application is approved, APPLICANT(S) WILL HAVE 4 HOURS TO PROVIDE THE DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO 'HOLD' THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE AGREED-UPON MOVE-IN DATE. If applicant(s) fails to provide the deposit within that time, they will be deemed to have refused the unit and the next application will be processed. NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IF THE APPLICANT(S) CHANGES HIS/HER MIND AND FAILS TO EXECUTE A RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT.
